Everything was great, the property is marvelous. The service was perfect. Food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. We had the Mosaic room and you can feel like traveling back on time.

The room was beautiful and the poolside lunch and dinner was amazing. Lots of history at the villa. The room we stayed in was an Elton John favorite.

This Villa is exceptional! The staff, Antoinette, Stephanie, Michael, Natalia were friendly, accommodating who all went above & beyond excellence. My birthday was one of my best birthday's. Thank you Antoinette & Stephanie for an effortless experience checking in. Your professionalism is unmatched. The food was superb! Michael made sure we had everything. Mimosa's were served cold & the French Toast was delectable. Natalia made sure my set up at the pool was perfected. I sincerely Thank, Villa Casa Casuarina for allowing us to have an unforgettable remarkable stay. My suite was breathtaking, from the Versace Duvet covers, the meticulous designs inside the room were so luxurious. Me & Best Friend had the most amazing nights resting. Waking up to where colors, textures and material designs are all in sync. Then there's poolside, like no other Villa/Hotel, was the perfect time for a photo shoot. My memories staying here at this Villa Casuarina, will always be etched in my memory bank. I give this Villa 10 stars, Staff 10 stars, Dining experience 10 stars. Sincerely Kimberly

Experiencing the Versace Mansion. Words just cant describe. Steeped in history. The staff upgraded us to the Avery Suite. It had private access to the pool which they kindly let us enjoy exclusively after the restaurant had closed. We bathed in it until 2am. This was the last night of our holiday. What a way to end.

Beautiful decor. Stunning colors and art style. Its a villa with history and stories. The roof top is a surprising plus as you get to oversee Miami Beach with a nice cocktail in your hand. And the cocktails were delicious!

Extremely unprofessional staff, with the exception of the very helpful restaurant/food/beverage manager, Massimo. The experience of staying in this hotel is not at all worth the price you pay. The way clients are treated at the reception is an insult to hospitality and to the memory of Gianni Versace. To be avoided, unless they change entirely the management!

The hotel was amazing and our room was one of a kind. The staff on reception were very friendly and well done to the bell boy for carrying our masses of luggage up the stairs. The staff in the restaurant couldn't of done enough to make us more comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing and felt so priveleged to be able to swim in the pool when the restaurant was closed.

The property was exceptionally beautiful, right in the middle of Ocean drive, Miami beach. Perfect location with a chic and classy vibe. I loved our room, the Signature suite which had a balcony and mesmerizing decor! A treat to our eyes indeed.

I always stay this hotel but its changed a lot, I paid more than 10grand to stay there with my family and I felt like I was in the zoo. They doing lunch from 11 am for $39 and for the hotel guests cant use the pool because everyone watching them and eating around them. I went there to relax but they dont care anymore they only care about money make sure they making enough money on the food. The owner of the hotel supposed to go there and see whats going on there. Dont stay there and we are never gonna go back

The location and the history were great, but the place is falling apart and dirty, I think the last time the room was properly cleaned was when Versace himself slept there.

Well this little piece of history is everything you expect it to be, you can feel the amazing creativeness throughout with delightful architectural design and detailing everywhere you turned. The restaurant was fabulous, our outstanding server Johnathan sat us near to the mosaic swimming pool & the food we had was superb all beautifully presented especially the Expresso Martinis went down a treat. We stayed for a 30th birthday and it was certainly a memorable experience for the birthday boy.

We truly enjoyed this stay. we were here celebrating a special birthday and the Villa truly made the experience one to remember. Our room was exquisite! Very large & comfortable. The staff was wonderful! Everyone was very helpful & kind. We ate at Giannis restaurant which was excellent & they even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco for the birthday celebration! We were the only ones who ever used the pool. it felt like our private place. and thats the joy of staying here! This villa was never meant to be a hotel it was a private residence. Will definitely stay here again!
